From 21 November to 20 December 2025, on the occasion of the Christmas Market of Trento, the Enoteca Provinciale del Trentino continues its activity in the celebration of wines and identity products.
The rooms of Palazzo Roccabruna welcome visitors in a warm and welcoming atmosphere where wine culture meets the Christmas tradition of Trentino.
Tastings, moments of deepening and new sensory experiences will accompany the public to discover Trentodoc (classic method sparkling wine), mountain whites, native reds, sweet wines and grappa.
A special opportunity to combine the magic of the markets and the city of Trento with knowledge of its most authentic flavours.
Tasting Suggestions - Provincial Wine Shop of Trentino:
Every day from Wednesday to Saturday from 5.30 pm to 9.30 pm
Still local wines (three red, two white, two sweet) per serving according to the list of the moment and an in-depth analysis of the range on the Trentodoc based on pinot noir. Trentino grappa and craft beers are also available for tasting.
Paired with cured meats, cheeses and traditional desserts.

Aperitif with Trentodoc:
From 05 to 08 December and from 12 to 14 December from 11.30 to 13.30 in the wine cellar of the Enoteca
The aperitif consists of two "half" glasses or a whole glass of Trentodoc vintage in rotation among the numerous labels accompanied by a "welcome" gastronomic proposal.

"Tre calici e una Storia" aperitif – the perfect break to discover the wines and products of Trentino
Saturday 22 and 29 November and 6, 13 and 20 December from 17.30 to 18.30
A moment of relaxation and discovery in the heart of Trento: in a reserved area of the Provincial Wine Shop of Trentino, a sommelier expert in the area accompanies participants on a journey through three iconic wines - a Trentodoc, a still white (rotating Nosiola, Müller Thurgau) and a still red (rotating Marzemino, Teroldego Rotaliano, Bordeaux based on Merlot/ Cabernet) telling the characteristics and the link with the land of origin.
The tasting, designed as a break of taste and calm from the frenzy of the markets, is accompanied by a chopping board of typical Trentino products selected to best enhance each glass.

Tre Calici di Dolcezza" – the enchantment of Trentino sweet wines and local pastries
Friday 05 December from 5.30 pm to 6.30 pm
An experience that celebrates the most enveloping side of Trentino: in an intimate atmosphere, inside the Enoteca Provinciale del Trentino, a sommelier expert in the territory takes participants on a sensory journey among three sweet wines symbol of the territory — a Trentodoc demi-sec, the fragrant Moscato Giallo Castel Beseno and the rare and precious Vino Santo Trentino — telling stories, scents and deep ties with the land of origin.
To accompany each glass, a selection of typical Trentino desserts designed to enhance the characteristics of each wine: a perfect time to enjoy a break of sweetness and calm, away from the hustle and bustle of the Christmas markets.
