The tradition of the past and the ethnographic charm are revived every day alongside the contemporary production activities in this must-see museum-museum.
Ethnographic museum, symbolic place, direct testimony of peasant life and its rhythms: Malga Campo and its museum welcome you to tell you a great local history and show you the secrets of the dairy tradition. Renovated in 2010, the hut houses an old farmhouse now used as an exhibition space, with rooms dedicated to the processing of butter and the production and maturing of cheese. The building preserves original furnishings and tools: the buckets for milking, the stilts, the boiler, as well as the materials necessary for alpine life. Next to the exhibition area are the modern spaces used to welcome hikers and the milking, milk processing and direct sales activities that still take place today.
