Walking barefoot is the simplest and most immediate way to reconnect with nature. The trail, intentionally shoe-free, invites you to walk on various natural materials of different textures, offering unique sensations to the soles of your feet. Along the way, you'll also encounter playful challenges that test your balance and foot dexterity.

After crossing a soothing mud bath, you'll continue your journey walking along the bottom of a gently flowing stream, with sand, gravel, stones, and pebbles underfoot. The refreshing water cascading from Cima Gavardina completes the sensory experience, massaging and awakening your feet to the wonders of nature.

Rules to ensure your safety and enhance your experience

The sensory path is designed and built to promote well-being and stimulate the senses of all those who decide to walk it. To have the best possible experience, you should be aware of the following: 

• The path is open from April to October and is exclusively meant for barefoot walking.
• While animals may be present in the area, they are not part of the activity and won't accompany you on your journey.
• In case of inclement weather or strong winds, it's advisable to postpone your walk for another day.
• Although the trail is relatively straightforward, children under 14 should always be accompanied by adults.
• Embrace the tranquillity of your surroundings and focus on the sensations; put your phone on silent, lower your voice, and listen to the symphony of nature.
• As walking barefoot makes your feet more vulnerable, avoid carrying branches, stones, or any objects along the trail. Also, refrain from bringing glass bottles or containers, as they may break and cause harm to others.
• Please be cautious as the path involves walking in slippery wet areas.
• While the trail is generally suitable for all, if you have skin injuries or conditions that might be affected by natural elements, it's better to delay your walk until you've recovered.
• Due to the path's composition and the potential presence of insects, individuals with diabetes, allergies, or a history of anaphylactic shock are advised not to walk barefoot.
