Classic e-bike circular route around Rumo
This circular route is a classic in the Rumo area. It takes place entirely on paved roads where traffic is very limited, however. Particularly pleasant is the road from località Frari towards Revò: a gentle downhill on a very wide road ideal for bicycles and equipped with well-maintained rest areas and barbecues with fountains.
The route begins with a fun descent on small hairpin bends down to località Frari, on the border with the province of Bolzano, then continues along a pleasant wide road at the forest edge leading to a lower altitude where the landscape is dominated by apple orchards and the view over the wide Santa Giustina lake. The ascent towards Rumo never reaches very steep slopes and is shaded in many parts.

From Rumo, you descend towards Val d'Ultimo passing through the hamlet of Mione until the bridge over the stream at località Frari (Schmieden). At the bridge, turn right and continue for more than 7 km along a wide, gently descending road that reaches the towns of Revò and Cagnò. In Cagnò you will find the Hotel Viridis, which is a charging point for Movelo electric bicycles. From Cagnò, continue along the main road staying on the right at the junction with the road that to the left leads to Cles. The route becomes steeper and winding up to the bridge over the Pescara stream.
Here begins the ascent through the apple orchards to the village of Rumo passing through the villages of Livo and Preghena.

From the Brennero A22 highway, take the Trento Nord exit and continue towards the Val di Non on SS43. At Dermulo, continue towards Cles, pass through the town until località Mostizzolo where near the bridge you turn right towards Rumo.Coordinates
