Route without any technical difficulty that from the capital of Val di Non leads to one of the most famous points of the Brenta Dolomites UNESCO Dolomites, Lake Tovel.
The climb to Lake Tovel is a classic for cyclists in the area and it is not uncommon that after the effort they dive into the turquoise waters of this spectacular body of water! The route takes place entirely on asphalt road and the use of the bicycle represents a valid alternative to overcome the slopes with gradients over 15%. In summer, moreover, when the road to the lake is closed to traffic and accessible only by shuttle bus, the e-bike is ideal!

From the center of Cles cross Piazza Granda on the left and continue on via Tiberio Claudio which at a junction near a fountain slightly turns left to then enter via Armando Diaz. Continue along this sloping road to the junction for the village of Mechel and take the climb on the right that leads to this small village. Cross the village along the main road and after the cemetery continue straight along the flat road among the apple orchards. At a crossroads in the shape of an X at the forest edge continue straight on the road that begins to descend towards Tuenno. Upon reaching the town center take via Stradone Vecchio on the right and continue straight along via Tovel which leads onto the asphalted road that descends to the bottom of the valley and then steadily climbs to reach the shores of the lake. The final section reaches slopes of 15% but the perfectly asphalted surface makes the climb easier. On the shores of the lake there are 2 hotel restaurants which represent an excellent resting point and an additional reason to reach this spectacular corner of Val di Non!
The return is along the same route.

From the Brennero A22 motorway take the Trento Nord exit and continue towards Val di Non on SS43. At Dermulo continue towards Cles.Parking
