Excursion to the Lakes of Colbricon
A journey of discovery of small alpine lakes surrounded by a beautiful landscape of junipers and rhododendrons, which in summer offer the pink of their blooms.
<p>This short hike to the picturesque Colbricon Lakes passes through the dense pine forest that covers the north side of Colbricon and Cavallazza mountains. The trail is perfectly marked and well-trodden. On the shore of the second lake is the well-placed Rifugio Colbricon, an ideal place to stop and rest.</p> <p>The picturesque mountain lakes are also exceptional vantage points, offering sweeping views of the Cima Bocche Group and the Pala Group.</p>
