"Ciadenac", meaning big "ciadìn" in Ladin, is the name of the wooden basin or bowl used to collect milk, forage, or household dishes. And it is precisely its shape that the Gardeccia, nestled between the peaks of the Catinaccio on the east side, seems to draw inspiration from.
