It is a pleasant and easy path which runs alongside the buried channel of the consortium irrigation aqueduct of Dambel (built in 1804), from the village of Dambel to Fondo. The walk is really beautiful and crosses some evocative little bridges weaving in and out of the woods and green meadows, also offering breathtaking views over the entire valley framed by the Maddalene and Brenta mountain ranges.  Along the path, if anyone wishes to stop for a quick break or a fleeting snack, in some particularly panoramic spots you can find seats made from larch trunks.

    Roadbook

The trail is accessible from the Provincial road that leads from the village of Dambel towards Sarnonico, on the bend just before the Dambel helicopter rescue pad. This way you can reach the villages of Seio, Sarnonico, Vasio, Brez, Fondo and some of the best known landmarks in the area, such as the Canyon of Rio Sass, the golf courses and the cycle path, avoiding the main road. You can follow your way back along the same path again or take the Alta Val di Non cycle track, reaching the village of Seio and take the old forest road to Dambel. In any case, whether you are on foot or on a mountain bike, the whole trail is marked with clearly visible signs.
