Roadbook
From the Lochmannbrücke parking lot, along the main road just after the village of San Felice, take the forest road that goes up towards the San Felice mountain hut and Lake Tret / Felixer Weiher.
At an altitude of 1487 meters, leave the forest road and turn left following the trail marker 56. You immediately cross a small stream on a wooden footbridge and then continue always uphill through the woods.
The path emerges at the foot of the large meadows called “Tillwiese” where the charming Tillhittl hut is located. We suggest you take 5 minutes and go up to the hut.
To continue, descend to the foot of the meadows and take the flat forest road marked with 58, which then gradually descends to the San Felice mountain hut.
After warming up in front of the large fireplace of the mountain hut, we recommend continuing to the nearby Lake Tret / Felixer Weiher before returning downhill following trail markers 49 and 56, first on a path and then on a forest road returning to the Lochmannbrücke parking lot.
