Calendimaggio

Starting from the historical events related to the witch hunts, each year the Calendimaggio festival in Nogaredo celebrates the world of women with exhibitions, performances, and themed round tables.

The traditional Calendimaggio event returns again this year, now in its 27th edition, on Thursday, April 30 and Friday, May 1 in Nogaredo.

This new 2026 edition of Calendimaggio is themed “ELEMENTA DONNA – The Harmony of the Elements”: you will be able to explore the topic in its many facets, through talks by speakers, admiring artworks displayed in exhibition spaces, as well as theatrical and musical performances. The usual food and wine route will also be present, making this edition even more special.

Let yourself be guided by the aromas of traditional kitchens open in the courtyards and lose yourself among the unique creations of the artistic craft market along the charming Horse Chestnut Avenue. Between nature and ancient knowledge, you can immerse yourself in greenery with a walk discovering “lost herbs” together with herbalist Bruno Coveli and naturopath Valeria Coveli from Maso Spezial, or rejuvenate with the yoga of the four elements in the garden of Palazzo Lodron.

Music will not be missing, from the folk notes of local choirs to modern DJ sets, leading up to the major event on Saturday, May 16 with the exciting concert by Malika Ayane. In addition, workshops and activities for everyone: test your ingenuity with the Escape Room “The Witch and the Inquisitor”, try your luck in the treasure hunt, or experience the thrill of historical fencing and archery.
