Concert of the SAT Choir
Concert of mountain songs
The choir was officially founded in Trento on May 25, 1926, when Nino Peterlongo, President of S.O.S.A.T., convinced the singers gathered around the Pedrotti brothers to perform publicly in the Grand Hall of the Buonconsiglio Castle. Since then, the choir was called Coro della S.O.S.A.T., a name it kept until the 1930s when it changed to Coro della S.A.T. following the political misadventures of S.O.S.A.T. that concluded with its suppression.
