A true foraging immersion in the company of Elisabetta Dellantonio, chef of the Miola restaurant and passionate about wild herbs and flowers. After the guided harvest in the meadows and woods surrounding the restaurant, we will learn how to use mountain herbs and flowers in the kitchen.

Elisabetta takes us on a real cooking show, with numerous tips to make your recipes fragrant, flavorful, and colorful. Special guest Chiara from the organic farm Maso Doss, with her Saffron and more. To conclude the evening, a themed menu to enjoy at the table.

The event is part of the program "Flowers, Herbs, Flavors," three weekends from June 5 to June 21, providing many opportunities to be guided by the scents of early summer and rediscover the deep connection between nature and taste, between the Val di Fiemme and the Val di Cembra.
