ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION
The human being has always turned to nature to feel good and treat ailments and disorders: plants and herbs are indeed valuable allies in maintaining a state of well-being. What forms and scents do they have? How can their properties be enhanced? How can we collect them in a way that truly respects the plant world? We will discover this through a walk among flowers and leaves, and with a practical workshop that will allow us to create a precious remedy for body care, different depending on the season of the year.
