Saturday 13 June 2026 sees the return of its seventh edition, the "Ganzega dei Ciusi e dei Gobj" which thisyear will be held entirely in the picturesque setting of Piazza Duomo.
It will be a unique opportunity to dine surrounded by the wonders of the square and kick off the Vigil Festivities together; a table set that acts as a link between two of the factions protagonists of the traditional vigil challenge. Because the spirit that belongs to this event is not one of challenge but of sharing.
180 volunteers prepare and serve dinner just for you: a dip in the Middle Ages among costumes and typical dishes. We all dine together as it was then when, at the completion of an important work, we gathered to celebrate. To call it a "dinner" would be really reductive, you have to try it!
The menu from appetizer to dessert will be a celebration of the products of the Trentino area
- Starter: Lucanica Trentina, Speck, Spressa delle Giudicarie and Trentingrana - gluten free
- First course: Strangolapreti alla trentina
- Second course: Gulasch, polenta and kale - gluten free
- Dessert: Fregolotti Cake
- Drinks: Water, Forst beer with complimentary mug, bitter
- Bread of ASPAN Association of Bakers of the Province of Trento
You can request the vegetarian version of the menu directly from your Ciuso or Gobo waiter.
La Ganzega is also solidarity, part of the proceeds will be donated to charity to an association of the territory that deals with projects for the community.
