Malga Nagò

At an altitude of 1,485 meters and carefully renovated between 1997 and 1998, it still retains the authentic charm of the mountain huts of yesteryear. The complex consists of two buildings: the main house, of medium size, and a second smaller structure, facing north. The latter preserves a rare and fascinating detail: part of the roof is still made "a lose", with flakes of stone laid by hand according to an ancient tradition. The pasture, spacious and well maintained, is immersed in a setting of tall woods. Once even more extensive, it has given way to reforestation interventions that have changed its profile. Today Malga Nagò is part of a shared pasture system and in the summer months it is home to a hundred goats that graze freely among the meadows.

STRENGTH:
The architectural and landscape authenticity combined with the active presence of the goat pasture.
