Malga Rodeza

The pure mountain air, a spectacular view of the Brenta Dolomites, tasty dishes of traditional cuisine. This is enough to understand that a stop at Malga Rodeza is an opportunity not to be missed. Located in the woods and pastures of the Predaia, the hut is open every day from mid-June to mid-September and on weekends in winter. The strong point is the traditional dishes of Trentino, expertly cooked by the managers, who offer typical menus based on the seasonality of the products: from Strangolapreti in Trentino to pasta with larch gem pesto up to the shin, from barley soup to boiled meats, passing through polenta and sauerkraut. The mountain hut is an ideal stop for hikers who go to the panoramic Corno di Tres.
