Malga Stramaiolo is located at 1,600 meters above sea level on the Piné Plateau, in the municipality of Bedollo. Remarkable is the splendid terrace overlooking the mountains of eastern Trentino where you can taste traditional cuisine.
In the hut the cows are raised with which tasty cheeses are produced; the production also includes a fragrant range of cured meats.
