Casa Marina bevindt zich in Malè, het centrum van de vallei met de belangrijkste voorzieningen, en is gelegen op een rustige locatie op loopafstand van de skibus, in 10 minuten bereik je het Skigebied Campiglio Dolomiti di Brenta, op korte afstand van 3 supermarkten.
Het huis bestaat uit 2 appartementen van dezelfde grootte.
Het appartement RODODENDRO eerste verdieping 8/9 slaapplaatsen in 4 kamers (130 m2)
bevindt zich op de eerste verdieping (luchtstoel met traplift beschikbaar) en bestaat uit:
een volledig uitgeruste keuken, vaatwasser, koelkast/vriezer, elektrische oven, magnetron
2 badkamers, wasmachine, föhn
woonkamer
3 tweepersoons slaapkamers + 1 eenpersoons (tweepersoons op aanvraag).
Het is zeer licht, beschikt over privé parkeerplaats, tuin, barbecue, ruime balkons, skiopslag, gratis Wi-fi.
Het is mogelijk een wieg/bedje toe te voegen (gratis).
In de weken van het laagseizoen zijn er korting op skipassen (vraag ons om de kortingscodes!).

Contact & routebeschrijving
Met de auto: snelweg A22 van Brennero, afrit Trento Nord voor wie van het zuiden komt en afrit S.Michele all'Adige voor wie van het noorden komt. Vervolgens doorrijden richting Cles, Val di Non, tot Malè.
Per trein: tot Trento met de spoorlijn Verona-Brennero om vervolgens door te reizen met de spoorlijn Trento-Malè-Mezzana, halte Malè.

Payment Conditions
The price includes: water and electricity consumption, heating, ironing, cutlery and flatware, covers, pillows, crib, high chair, washing machine, TV, ski-room, outer and private car park.
The price does not include: final cleaning € 80,00 (kitchenette at customer’s charge). On request linien rental € 13,00 per person. A security deposit of € 100,00: it will be retuned after the check of the apartment before the check-out. The extra charges will be asked at the arrival.
The tourist tax is an amount that must be paid at the accommodation facility for stays of 1 to 10 nights in addition to the price of the booked holiday. It is not included in the price of the stay.
From June to October 2025, the Val di Sole Guest Card is included in the accommodation price. The card offers you loads of opportunities and benefits and the access to the cable lifts with special rates! Further info
