Ons huis is in Pera, het centrum van Val di Fassa, in een rustige en zonnige omgeving. In de directe nabijheid vindt u de vertrekpunten van de kabelbanen van het Catinaccio-gebied en het nieuwe Acro Park met de leuke openbare speeltuin waarmee u toegang heeft tot de beroemde Marcialonga-piste en in de zomer naar het fietspad dat door de hele vallei loopt.
Comfortabele en goed onderhouden appartementen met een prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. Tuin met ligstoelen, barbecue en tafeltennis, privé parkeerplaats buiten, handige skikelder met verwarmers voor skischoenen, 200 meter van de bushalte voor de skibus.
