Payment Conditions
Cancellation is free if made within the 30th day before the arrival. From the 29th day preceding the arrival, a cancellation fee is applicable, up to 50% of the total amount of stay or equal to the amount of the deposit paid. The reservation is valid only under the terms and for the number of occupants (adults and children, if any) specified in the confirmation email. Any changes must be agreed in advance with the owner of the house, who reserves the right to accept or deny them. The price includes: - Energy consumption and heating in winter; - Linen (bath and bed); - 1 parking space per apartment; - Wi-fi; Final cleaning is included in the price provided that the apartment is left clean and tidy; otherwise it will be charged the amount of € 40.00.
