Het appartement bestaat uit een keukenhoek, een badkamer met raam en 2 slaapkamers, is autonoom verwarmd op gas, maar met de mogelijkheid om te verwarmen met een nieuwe en krachtige pelletkachel. Aan de buitenkant is er een tuin, een externe parkeerplaats en een garage voor een interne parkeerplaats en een kleine kelder. Het appartement is ongeveer 50 m².

Contact & routebeschrijving
Met de auto: snelweg A22 van Brenner, afrit Trento Nord voor wie van het zuiden komt en afrit S.Michele all'Adige voor wie van het noorden komt. Daarna doorrijden in de richting van Cles, Val di Non, tot Dimaro.
Met de trein: tot Trento met de spoorlijn Verona-Brenner om vervolgens verder te gaan met de spoorlijn Trento-Malè-Mezzana, halte Dimaro.

Payment Conditions
The price includes bed linen, towels, and kitchen linens.
Services not included and to be paid on site: final cleaning €50,00 and a security deposit of €80,00, which will be refunded at the end of the stay if the apartment is left in good condition and the waste is properly disposed of.
The tourist tax is an amount that must be paid at the accommodation facility for stays of 1 to 10 nights in addition to the price of the booked holiday. It is not included in the price of the stay.
