Gelegen in Marilleva 1400, onderscheidt het zich door zijn zeer karakteristieke uiterlijk, ook te danken aan de volledig houten buitenbekleding, alles gecombineerd met de ongeëvenaarde gemak van het hebben van de eerste telecabine op slechts 100 meter afstand en de terugkeerslope bij de ingang van de parkeerplaats van het residence! Het gebouw, bestaande uit 16 mooie mini-appartementen, beschikt over een gemeenschappelijke ruimte waar ook het ontbijtbuffet wordt geserveerd, een barzone waar je gratis gebruik kunt maken van de Wi-Fi-verbinding en een gedeelte van de appartementen met een onafhankelijke toegang. Weet je al skiën MAAR ken je de meest interessante routes tussen de verschillende skigebieden in onze regio nog niet? Geen probleem! Onze legendarische Raffaele staat klaar om samen met jou de routes te bestuderen, je te dienen als "Cicerone" en je mee te nemen als je dat wilt tijdens je dag op de pistes.

Aankomst per trein:
MET DE TREIN: Op ongeveer 200 m Van Station Trento, is het eenvoudig te bereiken het Station Trento - Malè - Marilleva - Mezzana, Dat de trein van Trento Verbonden met Val di Sole. Er zijn Haltes voorzien in ALLE DORPEN Die langs de Spoorlijn Tot Marilleva 900.

Payment Conditions
GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS:
- Saturday to Saturday rental
- Final cleaning € 50,00 per apartment
MANDATORY CLUB CARD: (not applied for children age 0-8) € 25,00 per person/period and includes: free Wi-Fi in all common areas, TV in the apartment, entertainment on the slopes, accompanied skiing, cabaret, evening shows.
- Bed/bath linen included in prices (provided at arrival).
- Refundable deposit 150 euros must be paid at arrival (the deposit will be refunded on the departure day after the apartment has been checked and the keys have been returned).
OPTIONAL SURCHARGES ON REQUEST :
- SMALL PETS: Admitted only on request and only in the apartment (pets are not allowed in the common areas – bar - restaurant –entertainment room); a MANDATORY surcharge of 50 euros will be applied and the pet’s health card will be required.
- CRIB RENTAL: 50 euros with linen and duvet included
- IF bed/bath linen must be changed during the week : 15 euros per person.
The tourist tax is an amount that must be paid at the accommodation for stays from 1 to 10 nights in addition to the price of
the holiday booked. It is not included in the price of the stay.
