Wij zijn gelegen in een rustige omgeving te midden van het groen, op 10 minuten loopafstand van het centrum van Moena. Op 30 meter afstand bevindt zich de skibus halte, die binnen enkele minuten naar het skigebied van de Tre Valli brengt (2,5 km). We beschikken over twee zolderappartementen (63 m²), beide gelegen op de derde verdieping. Elk appartement heeft een goed uitgeruste woonkeuken: koelkast, kookplaat, magnetron en vaatwasser, twee tweepersoonskamers met de mogelijkheid om de bedden uit elkaar te zetten (4 slaapplaatsen), badkamer met douche, wasmachine, haardroger; satelliet-tv, kluis, wifi, klein balkon en parkeerplaats. Voor skiërs is er een schoenenwarmer beschikbaar.

Payment Conditions
Cancellation is free if made within the 30th day before the arrival. From the 29th day preceding the arrival, a cancellation fee is applicable, equal to the amount of the deposit paid.
The reservation is valid only under the terms and for the number of occupants (adults and children, if any) specified in the confirmation email. Any changes must be agreed in advance with the owner of the house, who reserves the right to accept or deny them.
EXTRA
> Final cleaning fee: EUR 55.00, to be charged only if the guest doesn't do the final cleaning on his own.
> Linen (bed and bath): is provided only on request at a cost of EUR 12.00 per person, per change.
> Tourist tax: € 1.00 per person / day up to a maximum of 10 days stay. The tax is not applicable to children under 14 years.
