Voorzien van een garage, beschikken alle appartementen over een woonkamer met een volledig uitgeruste kitchenette, koelkast, wasmachine, vaatwasser, magnetron, haardroger, strijkijzer, flatscreen-tv.
In al onze woningen is het verboden te roken.
Belangrijk: het is absoluut verboden om te barbecuen in de privés tuinen/terrassen van het appartement of het huis.
HET IS VERBODEN ELEKTRISCHE AUTO'S OP TE LADEN BIJ ALLE ONZE INRICHTINGEN. ER ZIJN SPECIALE OPLAADPUNTEN IN HET DORP.

Payment Conditions
The reservation is valid only under the terms and for the number of occupants (adults and children, if any) specified in the confirmation email. Any changes must be agreed in advance with the owner of the house, who reserves the right to accept or deny them.
Free private parking is available (without booking it in advance).
Animals are not allowed.
Consumptions and final cleaning included.
Bed linen are included.
Towels are not included, but you can reserve them separately ( € 10/person/week – TO RESERVE 7/10 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL)
Not included the tourist tax ( € 1,50 / night / person up to 10 nights, free for children under 14)
At the arrival we will ask a caution money of euro 100 (euro 200 for the new year period) each apartment in cash ( we will return it when you leave if everything will be ok )
The balance of the stay is requested at the moment of the arrival.
