Payment Conditions
Price includes: electricity, hot water, heating, air-conditioning, safe in apartment, bike storage, (rubbish removal and dish washing to be done by the guests. Evtl. Penalty € 100,00).
Children till 3 years old sleeping with their parents gratis.
Babycot extra Euro 25,00 per apartment and babychair Euro 15,00 per apartment (both on request).
Your friends on four legs (on request): € 10,00 per day.
Bedlinen and towels included.
Parking (high max 1.90) 100/400m far, on request euro 12,00 per day per car.
Smoking in the apartments and in the hall is not allowed.
Stays from 1St November 2015 will be charged a tourist tax.
The tourist tax is an amount that must be paid at the accommodation for stays from 1 to 10 nights in addition to the price of
