Payment Conditions
When booking, a 30% deposit is requested.
The reservation is valid only under the terms and for the number of occupants (adults and children, if any) specified in the confirmation email. Any changes must be agreed in advance with the owner of the house, who reserves the right to accept or deny them.
INSURED DEPOSIT:
Don't waste your money. Le Rose Apartments offers you the opportunity to book and secure your deposit! The insurance is also valid for "non-refundable" stays!
The price includes:
- Final cleaning;
- Bed linen and two bathrobes;
- Wi-fi system and satellite TV;
- Energy consumption and heating;
- Cot and equipment for infants.
Bath towels on request € 8,00 per person.
Pets are not allowed.
Stays from 1St November 2015 will be charged a tourist tax.
The tourist tax is an amount that must be paid at the accommodation for stays from 1 to 10 nights in addition to the price of the holiday booked.
