Genuine and tasty dishes prepared with km0 products, processed directly with passion and competence by the staff of the hut.

A family-run mountain hut, to be discovered by exploring the gentle slopes and peaks of the Terragnolo Valley.

Since 2011, the cheesemaker and chef Leonardo has started the project of dairy production of fresh milk and breeding of poultry, cattle, pigs and rabbits. Cheese, butter, ricotta, yoghurt, meat and eggs are all produced in-house, at km 0.

The products are also used in the kitchen to prepare the soft ricotta dumplings and those in a special version with buckwheat and herbs harvested in the surrounding meadows. The fanzelto is a must, accompanied by local cheeses and cured meats, and the polenta with game or meat produced by the hut.
