Information
In Pera di Fassa, Casa El Tobià enjoys a privileged position, directly on the cycle route and promenade of the Fassa Valley, it is 250 meters from the supermarket and 10 minutes walk from the city center of Pozza di Fassa.
For the winter is in front the ski bus stop and the cross-country track.
All 10 apartments are equipped with washing machine, microwave and kettle, free WI-FI access, flat-screen TV with satellite TV for some foreign channels. Some apartments are also equipped with a dishwasher.
Equipped with a large garden, there is also a ski/bicycle depot and free outdoor parking.
In all the houses it is forbidden to wax the skies.
IMPORTANT: barbecue in the apartments and also in the garden are forbidden.
IT IS FORBIDDEN TO RECHARGE ELECTRIC CARS AT ALL OF OUR HOUSES.
THERE ARE SPECIFIC PLACES IN TOWN.
If need to recharge electric bicycles, please let us know before the reservation.

Payment Conditions
The reservation is valid only under the terms and for the number of occupants (adults and children, if any) specified in the confirmation email. Any changes must be agreed in advance with the owner of the house, who reserves the right to accept or deny them.
Free WI-FI is included.
Free private parking is available (without booking it in advance).
Animals are not allowed.
Consumptions and final cleaning included.
Bed linen are included.
Towels are not included, but you can reserve them separately ( € 10/person/week – TO RESERVE 7/10 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL)
Not included the tourist tax (€ 1,50 / night / person up to 10 nights, free for children under 14)
At the arrival we will ask a caution money of euro 100 (euro 200 for the new year period) each apartment in cash ( we will return it when you leave if everything will be ok )
The balance of the stay is requested at the moment of the arrival.
