In de wijk Pera di Fassa, Casa El Tobià heeft een uitstekende ligging, direct aan de fietspad en wandelroute langs de vallei (langs de Avisio), op 250 meter van de supermarkt en 10 minuten wandelen van het dorpscentrum van Pozza di Fassa.
Voor de winter, gemakkelijk bij de skibushalte en de langlaufpiste.
Voorzien van een grote tuin, evenals een gratis opslag voor ski's/fietsen en gratis externe parkeergelegenheid.
In al onze huizen is het verboden om te waxen.
Belangrijk: het is absoluut verboden om te barbecuen in de privé tuinen/terrassen van het appartement of het huis.
HET IS VERBODEN OM ELEKTRISCHE AUTO'S OP ALLE ONZE LOCATIES OP TE LADEN. ER ZIJN SPECIALE OPLAADPUNTEN IN HET DORP.
Voor wie nodig heeft om elektrische fietsen op te laden, laat het ons weten voordat u boekt.

Payment Conditions
The reservation is valid only under the terms and for the number of occupants (adults and children, if any) specified in the confirmation email. Any changes must be agreed in advance with the owner of the house, who reserves the right to accept or deny them.
Free WI-FI is included.
Free private parking is available (without booking it in advance).
Animals are not allowed.
Consumptions and final cleaning included.
Bed linen are included.
Towels are not included, but you can reserve them separately ( € 10/person/week – TO RESERVE 7/10 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL)
Not included the tourist tax (€ 1,50 / night / person up to 10 nights, free for children under 14)
At the arrival we will ask a caution money of euro 100 (euro 200 for the new year period) each apartment in cash ( we will return it when you leave if everything will be ok )
The balance of the stay is requested at the moment of the arrival.
