Lake Levico

Lake Levico is located a few minutes from Levico Terme, a renowned spa destination. The lake is surrounded by small beaches, shaded lawns and reeds; since 2013, its waters, beach and eco-sustainable management by the Municipality of Levico Terme have been awarded the Blue Flag. Those who come here find a true oasis of peace with two bathing establishments and a large free and equipped beach. 

In winter, it is a must to visit the wonderful Christmas markets set up in the Habsburg Park of Levico Terme, as well as to practice many snow sports.

In summer those who practice sports can choose from canoeing, swimming, sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddleboarding and kayaking. It is also possible to rent electric boats at Hotel Du Lac, to fish, or take many walks on the lake shores. We recommend the Strada dei Pescatori (Fishermen's Road) which goes all round the lake (8.5 km), on a naturalistictrail. And the two-wheel lovers will be able to ride their bicycle on the Valsugana bike trail. 

For those arriving by car, from Autostrada del Brennero-A22 exit at Trento Nord and continue on National Road SS 47 of Valsugana in the direction of Padua-Venice, which branches to Levico Terme. If you arrive from Padua-Venice, take National Road 47 of Valsugana towards Trento.

By train, you can take the regional train from Trento to Venice: in 45 minutes you will arrive in town; the lake is just a few minutes from the station.

Finally, if you arrive from Trento by bus, you can take line 401 which, passing by Lake Caldonazzo, arrives at Levico Terme in about 1 hour and 10 minutes (Levico Terme - Ristorante Brenta stop).
