Meet the producers and taste Vallagarina’s top-quality wines
On Tuesday, 28th of April, 2026, at 7:30 PM at Teatro Zandonai in Rovereto, the “Cuochi dell’Alleanza Slow Food” cooks meet “Enantio a piede franco (Enantio from ungrafted vineyards), Presidio Slow Food”. Guest of the evening is Vallarom Winery which will be presenting three wines to taste: “Foglia Frastagliata Enantio”, a classic and the protagonist of the event, and two other wines produced by Vallarom Winery.
Chef Paolo Betti is also a guest of the event and will be presenting two courses and a dessert.
